first of all there arent any special skills that someone should have to use a bot and dont get banned ,so this is completely bullshit, if you use it 1 minute, 10 hours or 1 year there is chance of getting banned so you the only way to protect yourself is 'dont use it'.

fourth, you say that many players are not banned, maybe you have first to think that they didnt use bot, the majority of players botting ,got banned ,so this is inaccurate and misleading people
