Devil spirit 5% at grocery shop for coins or gold.
Premium at npc for gold or coins.
Add coin drop by trade monster spawn (Hunter/Thief spawn)
Lower donators weapons from +14 to +12 no adv
Reduce dmg of mercenarys
Add zerk potion at npc [Can only be used by people with yellow titles!]

most of what you said is already implented ig, have you ever logged into the game?

Server is job/pvp based so yeah only way to make gold is by doing job as far i know.

Arena is random registration sometimes and also there is uniques.
