That info is loaded by the client config files. Just go to conquer and make it however you want. Loader shouldnt affect any settings you previously hadQuote:

Not sure why, I have it on window, same res, but it opens in window. Try opening the original Conquer with play.exe and set Window mode on it again, then try with loaderQuote:
