The research ends with Riot`s "We have problems and are working to fix it" which oviously includes completely disabling the whole RP thing for new accs. :(

I even check other servers and on Russia/Turkey dont have RP after 3 lvl too :P

about RP
1 of my ref dont take RP but i check ad after 3-4 day acc have 10lvl + 400rp

i think riots give RP but with delay - abou 3-4 days or more. nice step for antiboting.

U said about 3-4 days but i have accounts register at 4 may and they have all 400RP at 3 lvl, now its 6 may soo...

I hope this is bug, but i know Riot have people to read forums like this and they want prevent this.

Be careful with this antiboting statement. please. :D So what you suggest doing is that lets level up all accounts till level 3 and then wait to finish leveling ? :D Oops I guess I just did suggest that :P

he said 3-4 days but at 4 may everything was good for me, soo he cant check after 3-4 days :P

1 week ago we had already 1 day of issues with no RP in accs after the patch.

Now its constant. sadly, but if they show up with delay maybe this give some hope.
