Hello everybody, I wanted to let people cool down so that I can answer every concern or bullet point in that case, lets get to it. Unlike him, I do not need an AI to make a statement.
Fluctuation in invite prices.
In order to understand why we monetize invites I will have to expand a little further, so bear with me.
Initially NBT was an private invite only, with no monetization to invites, now as you can imagine, people saw that the cheat is actually decent, has most of the features people would wish for and is high quality, lort's (Previous list owner) review confirmed this. With that being said, people who I do not wish to call y name have exploited the trust of the owners and started selling invites behind our backs, and we did catch up to it, however the trust was gone, so we decided to sell them instead.
Why are the prices so different then?
Once we started with monetizing invites, we weren't aware of the popularity of our product, to be honest, it started low at €400, €600, and €800, always with a €200 increase per 2-5 people invited, something along those lines, it is simple supply and demand, a principle everybody understands, as this runs the world.
There were no threats of jacking up prices, the user in this case "expiration" was not even actively using the cheat. I merely asked for his input, as a friend, believe it or not, I had no idea these conversations would one day be used against me, for whatever reason.
As for the claim of USD/EURO
the invite is always paid in euros - I have never demanded USD; this is a known fact, so that is a lie.

As far as his ban goes,
he sold an account to another member inside NBT, which was advertised as XYZ amount of hours for price X, now turns out the account had 1000 hours less than advertised - my request was very simple, a partial refund/some kind of solution, as this is not business in good faith and we don't allow scamming to take place. Now, he was somehow offended by me telling him to fix it, he thought this was a lack of respect and blocked me and told the account buyer via audio message, there is nothing he can do about it and left the chat.
So, I banned him, that is correct. He could have simply explained his situation, that the account wasn't his to begin with etc. and that as it turns out now, it wasn't his account initially to begin with. Still, the user paid for something that was advertised under our guidelines in our marketplace and got scammed, no solution was provided, the ban therefore was just.
Now we come to the partwhich involves my personal life.
I have a sick mother, as now probably every body knows, I take care of her as a son should, and everybody knows family life isn't always sunshine and rainbows. He was messaging me regularly and and some point I stopped replying to him, because of things I had going on in my reallife and he snapped at me in dms, so one day I decided to tell him, hey listen I do not wanna speak because of XYZ. There was no unloading happening.

As for the "going public" what he stated.
Due to the "hate" we have gathered from us having invite prices, we thought maybe it would be ideal to go public instead, so that everybody can be happy, or have an application process
It is true, it was considered for one day or two, talked about with owners (which was not my idea to begin with frankly), but we have decided against it, after I spoke with customers such as Expiration to see what they think and they have been told, hey this is not final, I would like what you think of the idea, those who paid would receive lifetime in return. The response was a 50/50, we decided to not go down the public route.

Regarding the banwave.
It is true, there was a banwave roughly a month ago, which damaged us greatly, there is nobody denying it. During our testing, there was no way to re-produce any bans, and during the banwave when it took place, there's also users who injected mid wave and were not gamebanned until this very day.
How did we solve the banwave issue? How is the compensation going to go?
1.) NBT, still to this day is up and running, fully operational. We have asked the community in an announcement whether or not they'd like to have a use at own risk build with some modifcations or if they would prefer us to embrace a longer downtime, the voting indicated that the community voted against the downtime. The use at own risk build, is free of charge, costs nothing. I don't see how we are being greedy here, according to his statement greedy me would have demanded money for it, seems like something isn't adding up.
2.) All lost paid time will be compensated once our rewrite is finished and the security update goes live.

As for the final claim, I see everywhere, frankly I am getting tired of it, but i'll share everything and I believe everybody will be able to tell what is what.
Due to the fact that we have users who paid for an invite, and some who haven't, when our banwave happened paying invite users were complaining, Freeloaders are just raging on facepunch and that stuff is bad for us why don't you ban users who are free-loaders and let us all have the cheat instead, this is not the way how we operate. So, under the pressure I was on at that time, I have sent a message to every user suggesting a delta price, making all users pay exactly 2000€, so that everybody has a reason to follow the rules and what not, however that was shortsighted from me and was quickly rectified in the general chat of our discord along with users, asking for their input what we should do and we came to an agreement, as a community.

Small Post edit:
Expiration has fabricated stuff, evidently as i've shown. This is a vendetta against me because I did not accept his job offer to me for my "sales skills", whatever that means. I can attach a screenshot if required.
