Well I don't know anything about the server status or what is going on there. I have only just now even heard of this P-Server and I want to create an account. I am just trying to figure out how that works. Are the register pages down at the moment as well? Because I am trying to register on this page here:

and it doesn't work.

Firstly, you do see thats its in chinese right? so you need to know what to put where to register, becuz it is working lol....becuz the page loads...
