I can get everything to open up, but i just cant get my items to change. I inject the program, i do the bypass, open it with administration, all the stuff, but i go in and out of the server about 20 times and nothing changes. Am i just doing something wrong?

I was using Slicktor HackShield Bypass, when I used the K1ramoX's one it works xD
