Here is version 4.0.2 of my x7Loader with a lot of new functions:)

[What is new?]

1. Now you are able to edit more than 250 files (including XUI files)
2. You are not forced to keep the same file size as the original.
3. Ini file removed

[How to?]

1. Start [zYan dev]x7Loader v4.0.2.exe
2. Start S4 League
3. Now you've two possibilities :

Export :
It creates all original x7 files in the x7 directory.

Import :
With this option your are able to edit the original x7 files and load them into the game.

[How to import files?]

All x7 are named by numbers (1.zYan, 2. zYan, 3.zYan...).
If you want to load one of them into the game, just put brackets behind them.
(for example : 1[].zYan)

Looks like they rushed some form of countermeasure against it. I've tried it with pretty much every bypass possible, but nothing is working; Oh well, the game's going to be patch tomorrow or Thursday anyway.
