my opinion is from 109...... cuz u have all set and u can bot on neith without being killed.... if u lure 1 neith

but its too hard to kill neith at that lvl with 9gap ++ it will take hours to kill it
so i think its better on 104 with 9 gap on my lvl mobs :P
