This message is completely false, so let’s clarify what actually happened.
As many people know, YouTube experienced serious issues in December, during which many subscriptions were revoked. This caused me significant financial losses. However, as a serious and professional shop, I did everything I could to keep my customers satisfied, offering refunds and replacements entirely at my own expense.
Around mid-December, I made an announcement on Discord explaining that my bank account, due to currency issues, would be closed on December 31st. For this reason, I asked everyone to contact me as soon as possible.
I successfully refunded or fixed around 40 accounts. I also have clear proof of this through my dedicated channel and a Google Sheet documenting everything.
Unfortunately, just as I must respect deadlines, customers are also expected to do the same. If you contacted me too late, that is not something you can blame me for. I even offered you an additional discount as a gesture of goodwill.
Instead of accepting this, you chose to post false statements about me and my shop here. For this reason, I would rather lose a customer like you.
