About the uniques, since you adjusted their hp and level I wanted to ask if you've adjusted their exp gain as well.
And what about pk? Have you enabled it?If not, why not?

What about coin limit for a week ? So everyone can get moon weapon in how many day or week ?

We disabled pk, the main reason is to avoid pk while killing a unique. Uniques are so important and they drop key items, so it's needed to avoid pk
