What are u talking about?Str can use snow, but not 50% snow, only low lvl of snow shield..

2 best builds for 90 cap?

Str won't use any kind of snow shield^ not even 10% so bb str's

true 90 % pay2win 10 % chance to get free silk from event with 1-2 k population but who give a fck in the end u wanna enjoy the true meaning of silkroad so search in all epvp now u won't find better coding server alive then electus i guess LT famous of his good work in editing pservers so every good editor designer will help in such server like that and since it is not free server u won't see lags or bugs in the server or stay alots of time without getting fixed belive that ;)

fyi I never opened server for 2 months, every server I took part of lasted ATLEAST 4 months. and I'll not be back with anything after this. You can call this the final showdown for me. I'm going to quit most likely.

what do u expect ? open free server or make silk/h so everyone can abuse it and it will be like 10 % donators and who said there will no other way to obtain item mall then donating or win events as u know there is npc job sell item mall items for gold sure it has to be higher prices otherwise u will get everything u need in week and leave next week
and iam pretty sure if the oppsite happen and there will be no such a thing like that alots will not join this server and iam 1of them for sure so take it easy and LT not stupid to do such a thing like that .

Yup! I've got a nearly 600mb/s fiberglass connection though. For me it has always been laggfree.
