People can farm job set with hard work and sell them to get silk items. So if you dont want to donate, there are several options to get silk items. There are always pro and cons.

Lazy people and people with little time will still donate to get ahead, this is where the server makes their money. Besides, silk is very cheap here, so it won't have much value.

People who cant "max" their guilds they shouldnt even open a guild than.A proper guildmaster should be able to fill the guild by himself.
