you can fix it by yourself just open the S4_IDC with the Notepad and add the missing text to the shoes line and restart your game
for example it shud look like this
<Shoes Activ="1" NewItem="1051038" OldItem="1050003" Color="1" />

Works fine Win Vista 32bit without any unhidder :o
