Make sure you write your server right,Example:your server is Usa (West Coast),Write it with Us2 not with its full name so it can get worked.

If not work try to disable your antivirus before reinstalling again and press no with auto login,This is suggestion that i recieved from our fellow epvp member.

So for the error 5263: just try to execute it as administrator. This is a login error, and in next version will be fixed.
Don't execute it when it is in rar file. I'm very busy now. Tomorrow i'll add Skylab features.

Maybe fight.. in my server gb1 every 30 seconds there are 2-3 pirates in me, escape don't help because if it will go on mines you die fast :D
