I never did used Spellburst, but i know it show you when u can use all the Skills to kill the Target with all Skills (or to without Ult or what ever).
In VIP Version there is a Auto Skill Bruster - so it use auto all skills and kill them.

Just look on their Homepage or some Video in Youtube what the VIP Version can.
