If u have problems with opening cabal...
install eastasian language pack (NOT CHINESE NOT KREAN U NEED EAST ASIAN LANGUAGE PACK!!)

Ok before the question comes here the answer how to install:

English:
Start -> control panel -> regional language -> add language
Put ur Windows XP C-D in...

German:
Start -> systemsteuerung -> Regionalsprachen -> sprachen hinzufügen
Windows XP C-D einlegen

Guys i have two questions , what is the level cap in the server? And where do bike keys drop? In LiD?

lvl cap is more that 150 soo maybe 170 and bike drop is dissabled

can some one upload the redcabal client damn it.....i will not download it....it take my whole life to download it....so some one please upload it

the reg keeps giving me errors -_-" Yesterday it turned into a white page that it couldn't load or something (can't read chinese) but it didn't show what the image showed if you succeeded making a account -_-" Can anyone help me with this prob??
