Can i BYPASS the skill rank restriction on cabal EU using UCE?

Oh and...some friends told me that they ban IP now if they catch u with hax now...do they detect UCE? X3

I just started playing cabal online
as I was leveling my skills (i am a warrior :D) i noticed that even when i didnt use any magic skills they lvled from novice-aprentice-regular-expert etc.. does this mean that once i lvl my sword to a new rank my magic skill automaticaly lvls and if so then should i just lvl my magic which needs a lot less time lvling be4 reaching a new rank and with it automatically lvl my sword ?

Now you get Skill XP for both magic and sword when you use ANY kind of skill. [expect astral skills and BM]

oh...
and speaking of skill lvling i just got enough money to get full adept gear +4 , does it make a big difference and is worth the money ?

@SlowPolk - YES, it definitely makes a difference, with adept gear.
@deflau - you can't use the damage hack on officials if you don't have a bypass, and you can't use that method explained in the GUIDES section (HUGE hint, i must say). It can still be used on some P.servers though.

Better? Mostly all versions are equal just cabal global is directly hosted by estsoft and cabal eu by gm.com. But both versions get the update at the same time since both are in english.

Korean > English > Other languages (that's the way how they translate the new patch notes)

I would say it depends more on where u live ;)
