USA Folder works again

when i attempt to edit the hosts file it says its in use...how do i fix this so i can edit the file?

ok lets take it from the begining..i found the USA and i put it in data folder..same again all screen blue and nothing is working from USA..what is happeninng?:S

im open the dekaron_nsse and dont open the launcher thats why ?

USA dont work. I have some USA at my PC and I do 10 steps given by You.

And when I do step 10 and i see what its says in START IN its \2Moons\bin so its a RED option and there is no folder of name ( data ) in \2Moons\bin\data, in 2Moons folder there is folder name bin but in BIN there is no data so what I should do put folder name
data to folder bin ? or what...

I done all steps but i got blue screen and i can't see my char/player only in mini map,any ideas? x(

Ok, I am having some problems with Vista. Yes, I did the steps correctly. Yes, I have a perfectly fine USA folder, with all hacks, autopots, vac, wall hack etc etc and it is in the right place, as well as the target, start in areas all correct and working with my dekaron_nsse shortcut.

The problem seems to be my Hosts file. I copy pasted the IP/Hosts, checked all the spacing, saved it sucessfully. And when I do so, I cannot connect to the launcher through dekaron_nsse, or the actual 2moons shortcut itself. However, when I remove the IP/Hosts from my Hosts folder, I can connect through both. (And yes, I have tried running through administrator)

Any ideas?

well the 209.234.247.4 nprotect.acclaimdownloads.com is just for bypyass gameguard there is not really a need for. It works without that line.

And just make a clean data folder in bin and put usa in it.
