nice work but yes it always gives a virus alert, Vapsup.something, after a few days... as has been pointed out in the 2 or 3 previous pages of this thread.
The latest release won't give much of an alert right away but wait a few hours or days and scan its .dll file on virustotal.com
Edit: Kaspersky already detects Trojan.Win32.Vapsup.wer at 17:44 GMT :
"Kaspersky 7.0.0.125 2009.08.04 Trojan.Win32.Vapsup.wer"
Check it yourself : download the loader, extract it, go to Virustotal.com, analyze the C19H28O2.dll
