Let me guess... 518 x-trap error. Just start the IM while on step 10 of HGWC. Then keep your cursor on the item manager window and dont move it and dont click. It should work.

It's not a IM error, it's a server error or a connexion error. Try to connect on an other server

but when i go off S4 wont the item unfreeze then the item will expire sometime later on?

In S4League there are 3 types of items:
- Permanent ones, who don't expire;
- Count down items, that start expiring the moment you acquire them, ex.: 1day/7days/30days items gotten from capsules or from AP shop;
- And, finally, Items that expire only when you use them in a game room, ex.: 1h items from fumbi.

So, answering you question, unless you froze an unfrozable item (count down item), the item time will not expire from IM usage.

So really it works for fumbi items only and it kinda like 'perms' them if u like

errors can not have IM but I tried 3 times and I always gave the same result and my Internet connection is fast

If the face is a count down item aka you bought it for 30days, then no, it can't be frozen, therefor deleting the profile won't change what's in your inventory.

But if you made a profile with such item, then please delete the profile and make a new one... or else you'll appear with an invisible face.

I don't know what kinda item the doll is, but as I said before, if it's hourly, it will only expire in game and can be frozen, if it's a day/month item then it can't be frozen, if it's perma, then you can freeze the durability.

That problem has nothing to do with the IM. It's a connection problem and should be addressed at the alafaila forums and not here.
