This user agreed by purchasing this product that no refund is possible if the user have already consumed his in-game currency.We are just a reseller for this game and we cannot refund the added content, the content can't be missing, broken or missplaced.This is a virtual in-game gold for this game-server and we have do not have permission to delete purchases since we are just living on selling what we have and we have already spoken with this user in-game about this purchase and he approved that no refund was possible what so ever.At the current state as all online futures this game-server has some issues but report from their moderators is that they will be online and working shortly with all features available in-game.Thanks for helping me!

Well not me either, I was just busy at the moment and then I went to bed, 2 days later I came back and I got like 10 refunds on Paypal, and I saw in elitepvpers that all shall "Refund" me, cause of the "silk purchased", trust me I would give refund for all players if I had the money, but Ahmed has them.

I had broken windows and could not contact anyone, so around 2 days offline.

He was the guy who started this, and I'm the guy like always ending this in my way, I'm not always the kind cute helping person, (When people gives me a reason or try to destroy my repurtation over nothing, then I'm offended.)
