Yeah i did it of course and, just to clarify, I wasn't blaming the moderators.
I know is hard to handle this section and this community neither we can pretend them to be here 7/24. That huge spam happened in less then 5 mins that's why i came out with that suggestion.
It may help them to handle everything easily, at least the cooldown in thread creation.

Well cooldown for 30s or a mint won't change a thing, whether you find a user willing to spam don't expect from him to get obstructed by a cooldown..Or simply instead of creating threads he could spam with ''good luck'' at the advertisement section, bumping 2-3 years old threads and you can't prevent that with the cooldown thingy.
infraction/warning is the only solution which requires a moderator.

That is correct but 50 seemed like the best number to say because let's assume somebody hits 20 then comes back at you talking about how they can't use it yet. So I simply took the highest number :P
