we don't need C++ 2008 express edition > keep it in mind that C++ 2008 is for making D3D hacks , DLLs , Application > so we don't include C++ 2008 express > download the vc_redist 2008 X86/X64 not the C++ 2008 express edition

match star , can you remove C++ 2008 express edition? Edit it and replace it with vc_redist 2008 X86/64
