Update 1.066

New:

• Enabled Hotan Turtle Ferry
• Added 13 new NPCs
• Added a custom quest manager to allow creating advanced quests
• Added 4 new quests
• Added new quest type "party quests". Party quests will only progress if the following conditions are met:
  • Party MUST be exp/item share type
  • Party MUST contain at least 7/8 members
  • Players MUST be relatively close to each other
  • Players MUST NOT differ more than 10 level
• Added new quest type: Faction Quests - "Battle of Leagues"
  • Server-wide competitive event featuring 3 rival NPCs/factions
• How it works:
  • Players choose one of three NPCs to support, joining their league
  • All eligible monster kills contribute points to your chosen league
  • Only party kills count (must meet standard party quest requirements: 7/8-member party, experience share enabled, level restrictions)
• Cycle Timeline:
  • New cycle starts every Saturday at 18:00 (Only this time it will start instantly after this update)
  • Recruitment Phase: First 24 hours only - players must join a league during this window
  • Competition Phase: Remaining 6 days - kill monsters to contribute points
  • Quest Progress can be during Recruitment & Competition Phase, but will be hidden during Recruitment Phase
  • Cycle ends the following Saturday at 18:00
  • Important: Switching leagues after recruitment phase ends is impossible to prevent strategic exploitation
• Rewards:
  • Winning league receives a unique server-wide buff for 3 days
  • Each league offers a different buff type
  • Results announced immediately after cycle ends
  • Top contributors may receive additional individual rewards
• Restrictions:
  • Cannot join multiple leagues simultaneously
  • Late registration (after 24h window) is not possible
  • Leaving a league after recruitment phase counts as forfeit - no rejoining same cycle
• Added 1 new attack pet and adjusted its stats & skills
• (Late) Christmas Event has begun
  • Enabled Christmas Soundtracks, Decoration and Snowfall in all towns
  • There's a chance of "Snowman" monsters to spawn nearby players during grinding. Snowmans can drop Santa Gift Boxes from which you can obtain prizes
• Added a job cheat protection system

• Overhauled the village north of Hotan
• Overhauled Chang'an East Ferry
• Improved Dead Ravine
  • Also Added new mob spawns and adjusted some existing ones

• Added new icons for lvl 60 vehicle horse and horse summon scroll
• Red-eye Ghost / Dark-eye Ghost now dealing percentual damage based on player's max HP
• Improved skills of Nok'Zul to make him more challenging
• In Togui Village & Xuán Míng Cave, you are unable to attack players who are +/- 8 or more levels around your level. Receiving damage via AOE spells is still possible.
• Xuán Míng Cave allows to use berserk mode now
• Improved animation cancelling prevention system to reduce "clunky" feeling for glaive/spear characters
• Adjusted Karakoram Snow System
  • Heavily reduced snow chance at all
  • Heavily reduced snow density and reduced chance for medium/heavy snowfall to appear (95% light snowfall, 4% medium snowfall, 1% heavy snowfall)
• Target support does not work on regular monsters any longer
• Updated some error messages

Fixes:

• Fixed several collision errors around Hotan town area (bridges for example)
• Fixed a bug that allowed character's who didn't meet the requirements to stay inside Nok'Zul area within the 30 minutes block period after spawn
• Attribute Assimilation of Alchemic Stones will be displayed correctly in Item Linking and Stall Network now
• Fixed a bug that allowed Dunhang Cave monsters to drop 6dg SoX items (additionally to their 7dg SoX drops)
• Added missing STR bonus to EU female thief suit
• Fixed some duplicated objects in Chang'an
• Fixed white icon bug at Nok'Zul buff skill

• Increased Snowman spawn rate
• Decreased Red-eye Ghost / Dark-eye Ghost percentual damage from 15% to 10%

Fixes:

• Fixed character movement bugs for some regions around Dunhuang and around Takla Makan entrance
• Fixed a bug that caused characters to become stuck (requiring relog) when attacked by monsters while equipping job items

This server has felt like a breath of fresh air after having played a bunch of bot infested servers full of gold hungry gamblers. I have sadly missed the launch of this server, but it still feels nice to play on here despite its lower player count. But then again can you call botters and goldbuyers true players?

Best server out there , its no pay2win , I bought some silks for a dress but it has no attributes at all , just for the view and for globalchats for chatting sometimes trying to get some Items.
This is finally no rigged , corrupted server where player getting bored after 2 weeks because they full nova +12.
Its really like my first steps in Silkroad when I started , we could need some more players but its not for everyone most player quit because its too hard , but if its too hard you are too soft :D :D

The best you could do is telling your friends about this server , connect in discord and starting on this server ! I did it alone

Is it still 60 cap ? How long does it take to grind to max level ?

Its still 60cap , 3 weeks if you good depends on you but you dont need to be in a rush , if you feel like you log in and play.

They will add 70 cap and 80 cap also sooner or later , so its still worth it. Sro as it used to be , no pc running over night , if you feel like playing Sro you just log in

I'm glad you're considering joining the server! Aeternitas is truly Play2Win without any mall items that grant you an advantage. The server is currently capped at level 60 and will remain so for quite some time.

How long it takes to reach max level really depends on your playtime, but custom quests and specialized areas like an open-world Togui village or a custom JG cave grant you lots of SP and allow you to level up at a good pace. There are also many friendly players who help newcomers with power leveling, exp scrolls, and other useful items.

We currently have around 50-100 players online, depending on the day and time, which is more than enough to keep the server feeling alive and active, especially since every player is actually playing and not AFK botting. New players join every day, and many form small groups to level up together, so feel free to jump in whenever you want! Every newcomer is appreciated. :)
