I think maybe it's because they don't get less. After hearing the number of people that have come to us from Slate, Clutch and yourselves, I can see that everyone has issues with everyone. You can't please everyone.
The encryption set the bar for all of the providers and still there are people saying DC support is shit. I pity them.
On a lighter note, last guy I setup last night had nice things to say about you personally though :) says you're not as toxic as most devs or mods on these discords. Quite refreshing to hear.

This Radar is not only super effective, it is great for noobs like me that had 0 knowledge of how to set anything up. The instructions are very detailed and if you somehow still manage to have questions(like I did) they answer very promptly and walk you through it. People request features and he adds them ASAP. The customer service itself is a reason to come back for. They also pause time and add time to your sub if there is any issues, even if it wasn't on their end and was BSG issues. This is my first experience with anything like this for a game and I feel more than taken care of as a customer.

This radar always convinces me to re-sub despite the other radars on the market. This is by far the best one in terms of features and support. I've seen numerous user-submitted suggestions be added to the radar within HOURS of them being suggested. Very attentive developers and support. especially after packet encryption was added. Communication with subscribers is on point and it was made clear that time would be added for any/all downtime associated with the updates. Not one ban has been reported and I doubt there ever will be one. Amazing work and dedicated developing. I am continuously surprised by the speed and functionality of the updates as well as the passion of the makers to always make sure shmurdaware is the #1 option.
