Now the dark side. This server has by far the WORST staff i've ever seen on a Nostale P-Server. You can literally send them a screenshot about someone typing in themselves that they are gonna sabotage you/lose on purpose because of you and they will still not react to it eventhough its clearly against the rules.
If you're a spanish player you kinda get the "Get out of Jail" card from Monopoly. You can do anything and everything, the staff will be on your side. And why? Because Team Manager, Community Manager, Owner and 98% of the Game Admins/GameMaster/Game Supporter do NOT speak proper english. Thats why they are unable to help you via their TicketSystem (they won't respond for at least a week), their discord (they won't understand you and even on a CHAT PLATTFORM they will NOT answer for at least 8 hours) and also they have made friends with long time players which they are not gonna mute and/or sanction. Owner is close to not at all there anyways. Whole staff is rigged, takes sides, won't help and can't help you because of the mentioned language barrier and thats just sad. EastMile is easily the fullest server right now and due to these things people are losing interest towards the server.
Also, if you speak your mind like i am doing rn your post will get deleted. Be assured that i will keep posting this since its my honest opinion after trying every aspect of the game and its surroundings and i have a right to speak my mind.
The staff needs a whole rework. Just because they are there for years or months doesn't mean they're doing their job right. Get an Admin that actually speaks english, has a nice tone (because the way Norman types is as if he thinks hes some Demi-God) and cares about the community. Get staff members who are bilingual, not just spanish and neutral. This rigged staff and feel of helpnessles on the server turns a lot of players off already. Its been a month that the server is booming. If it goes on like that from Staff/Dev/Owner side then this server will go empty with its same 70 spanish players like before.
All in all the server is worth the try, you can even love it - but only until you crash with an issue/problem. Thats when you're gonna see the lack of responsibility, capability and humanity from staff side.
In case this post gets deleted - this is the first time of me posting it.
Edit: Also forgot to mention: Server was being DDoSed for days and got severe Damage from it. Community was shouting for compensation, a tiny event just ANYTHING but staff didn't even care. As if its normal that a server gets DDoSed. Players were getting penalties for nothing due to that, staff didnt even care to remove ONE of the hundreds unfairly given penalties per day. Thats how much care of the community it is taken care of as of right now. Whole staff seems to sit in some other timezone, europeans will NEVER get help on time. Sigh.

First of all, I don't think there is any reason this post should get deleted, you're just talking about your experience with the server and it's staff.
Now, I want to say you sorry for the bad experience you had with some of our staff members, but you're exaggerating the situation a lot only based on your particular or your friends' experience and subjective opinion.
Some penalties may have been more severe than usual, but this is due to the sudden influx of players. After several warnings to moderate certain behaviors, serious insults, and disrespect that go beyond the game itself, some channels turned into constant fights between players. As a result, measures had to be taken that, in a calmer and less massive situation, would have been less severe. It should be clarified that not all insults are equally serious. Even if a player starts a fight with insults or disrespect, these may still fall within acceptable limits. However, if they are responded to with serious insults or personal attacks on matters external to the game, it is normal for more severe measures to be taken against the latter, but don't think it has anything to do with being spanish or not, it's the same for every players.
We make sure that no one gets an advantage treat, being spanish or friend of X or whatever, we permanently banned some close friends in the past if it was needed, you can ask the community but we never doubt and always applied the rules, whoever you are or wherever you are from.
We're always trying to recruit staff members from different regions to cover more languages, but not many people applies and it's hard to find someone qualified who passes the trial phase.
About the DDoS, we focused our efforts on stopping it and trying to give to our players a stable situation asap, a compensation is pending now that the situation has been stable for some days, we have not ignored that.
