A quick question.. im using win 7 64bit... i still need the dll file or not?

EDIT: _[S]hugoZ_Trainer_.exe after running this it requires the path of the cabal files... so im thinking if i still need the key @_@

i think you dont need root repeal for win8 sir. im using win 8 and i dont use any root repeal.
