why you guys think that lvl 100 skill will coming? on the official site is sayed something about lvl 90 skills but not 100.

I think they were taking some monsters, for example bandits, and then making a spawn of them at a certain spot and raising their lvl to 90-98, just what I heard though not confirmed.
