no errors everything works finde until i go to a dungeon the keys dont work

Press a number key and then press the key to use an item. E.g I press key "3" for super jump and then I press key "C" to use the item. The to use the item depends on what key the action assigned to.

1. Download file
2. Open eCollidex Gaming Library.exe
3. Click 'Online Games'
4. Select a game
6. Select your game directory and the required .exe
7. Wait for the patch to be finished
8. Open your game and login normally

1. Go to Practice Mode
2. Select Arme
3. Wait till her MP is full
4. Press F1 - Select Yes and wait for the activation
5. Press F2 - Select Yes and wait for the activation
6. Press F3 - Select Yes and wait for the activation
7. Press F4 - Select Yes and wait for the activation
8. Go to Master Class(NAGC), Free Class(GCPH and other region)
9. Play and Enjoy

I clicked the button to download the hack, it worked. After, it showed the file and I clicked on eCollidex Gaming Library . exe and it showed a notice saying

'To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework:
v4.0.30319
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework'

What do I do?? D:
