Change: GAMETEMPO_actor_default_mp_max="(WhateverthisIs)"

Which is is in three locations.
First Location:<TEMPVALUE value ="GAMETEMPO_LT5" />
Second Location:<TEMPVALUE value = "GAMETEMPO_FREE" />
Third Location: <TEMPVALUE value = "GAMETEMPO_CLUB" />
It will be in the chunks of data under these headings.
