It's not that the devs are doing a bad job. It's the fact that the server is practically dead. It's nearly impossible to get silk to use on proofs, etc. because the majority of the people that bought and sold silk for gold are gone. The server is pretty solid in all aspects now it's just a matter of advertising and getting the word out. A lot of bad blood in this forum thread is probably shooing people away. Who knows what can be done about that though.

Players are leaving everyday becuase of low amount of players now all we are asking here is advertise more and well as we are all asking here is do some new things to get proof stones and all.
not saying the server is bad it's just it's dead and a really low amount of players.

I am not a player on this server, I have never been a player on this server and never will be a player on any server simply because i've seen enough, community is full of whiny scum, admins are greedy, people don't listen, there is litterally only negative points.

If your fucked up brain would function properly you'd know what my task was in the beginning of this server and you'd know everything I stated before but whatever, you were obviously too busy flaming the admins and spreading hate.

This is my second post on Epvp. I am Artemisa. Most of the server knows me. At the first sorry for my english.

Maybe I am most active player in server, hunting uniques, events, fortress war. Even i tried to arrange hunting roc 2 times(yea this didnt happen cuz of you. Roc didnt spawn at proper time). I have enough set. Almost full legend set. And I am not donator. I donated only 250 silk for my avatar. I could hold on cuz i was active since the server launched. But now, I must to say server is dead. That is true. There is no more than 25-30 player in active. We cant arrange even 4 vs 4 CTF. GMs were offline in last week. I am bored, everyone leaving.It is hard to play w/o ppl. You must listen the players or just close it.

Here your faults;
- You did alot of changes on alchemy. You couldnt keep it stable.
- Your behaviors on players are unacceptable. You should be patient but you couldnt.
- Your events were horrible. You have just feed the donators more. Non donators couldnt hold on.
- You should remove +15 weapon buff. But again you didnt listen.
- You didnt advertise server enough.
- You removed Acedemy. You could penalise the players who abuse it. But you removed it w/o compensate players who used it in legit.

For everybody i am saying this is not for pay2win- play2win shit. This about gameplay.
My advise to you, take lessons from this and do something solutions on this.

My union members left already. We cant be able to form 2 party in next FW. I have never say something like this before for a server or a game. I am saying this cuz it was very fun at the start. I really enjoyed like old silkroad times. This server has potential. Pls use it, get more ppl. Be patient an be kind against players. I am leaving now. I may rejoin when you do somethings about this problems.. Good luck.

Not really, I am the type of guy that doens't get on the sheeple train by shouting things without investigating them. I am too lazy to dig up posts I made about the fucked up alchemy and elements that required donation but as always, everything is obtainable ingame without paying a red cent.

The problem here is, people jump to conclusions and just quit with alot of rage and that causes the server to be low on population causing an economy collapse where nobody donates, sells and buys.
That will lead to an empty server in which certain items can only be obtained through donation because NOBODY is selling them in stalls.
Then it seems like its pay2win because you can't find anything.

Look at certain servers, they offer immo on itemmalls or even webmalls and have tons of other shit for sale but they dont get as much backlash because they have atleast 500 players online so items are available on the game market.

I will say it again;
- Launch was a total disaster.
- The team didn't respond well to suggestions
- Many source bugs leading to insane dc's, lags and whatnot.
- Players weren't patient and forced the staff to rush updates
- Caused more bugs, trouble and useless problems
- Players started quitting meaning an economy collapse
- Donate2GetItemsWhichAreUnavailablegameplay was created due to this collapse
- Server empties out and Donate2GetItemsWhichAreUnavailable (savage) becomes a thing

Nobody helped eachother here, the suggestions made were simply never taken on and the players never responded well to it aswell. So the failure of this server is on both ends.

Is this fixable? I think it is too late but if the team puts another effort in advertising and go fuckall with all them fucking restrictions and change a few things ingame it could be the best server. That is up to them tho.

I gotta agree with you Arte (Rorschach here) I been playing this server since it first opened but let's be honest you didn't have the best start ever but c'mon everyone says something about the server you just go and insult him and i was one of these people who always complained about the p2w my set is legend d12+d13 and tbh i can't buy 100 silk cuz well if i had to farm as a non donator i will die more than i will make gold and i have to be honest i defended this server and tried to make players stay but you know the GM's only care about 1 word in this whole topic and btw there are 100000 things they could do better but idk what the hell they do i will just leave with my guild until i see this server get's better or anything but for now Bye <3

Ofcourse it's IF man, it's a cycle, a lifetime of a server which needs certain things to stay up and get the economy rolling. Admins can't emulate that but what they can emulate is > like I said, advertising and then you'll see items and shit will get available at a lower cost as more players join. That is how it works on every server, wether it'd be a play2win, pay2win, cheat2win... It is always like that.

I get the admins have a life too but come on... its been a week without anything. I work 5 days a week 6am - 3pm and go out on the weekends and I still manage to play several hours on Silkroad. Have they just given up? cause I won't stay. I know i've told people in the past "if they don't like it then leave" thats because i had faith the admins were working hard on our suggestions and really putting effort in the server. But I'm starting to see they don't really care. I mean one thing thatlead me to this thinking is because [GM]MeGaMaX altered his ingame name to have a space inbetween [GM]*space*MeGaMaX so no one could pm him when he's online. That to me just shows how little you give a shit about your players. And ZiCo just logs in says "event 5 min" does it for 30min or less then instantly logs off. I had so much faith in them but this is just sad and pathetic. period.

We are not magicians we take time to do stuff. About ads they are already running on stuff that no one uses on this fuckin scene. But I can't handle a community with that shitty attitude I guess I made a mistake advertising this fucking server here and I better would have used outside shit.

-All Alchemy rates are getting redone and we will announce it when we apply it.
-A lot of in-game enhancement are being done LIKE adding all the alchemy stuff needed till D12 to be in game systems and more stuff.

But we are fuckin working with a god damit src code so it takes time.

Oh forgot to say that the main developer aka MegaMax have a health issue and he traveled to another country to do an operation.

we are spending money on advertising more than your income for a year, But with this type of players we will never go anywhere.

I never though about money i'm not a fuckin poor kid running this for money. I did this in first place because I like to do it. Ask any fuckin one you trust out there (LastThief,Akasch,Chernobyl,etc) maybe that's your logic, but I can feed your whole family for lifetime without that servers income.

PST: I made enough money also from SRO I don't deny that more than anyone can imagine so stop crying about me in the need of money.



Oh something general people saying Zyain is shit I dare you I double dare you to do a list between Zyain's functions and any server out there you and tell me how special and what special shit do these server offer than Job coins and shitty in water trade routes oh and an automatic event bot hell yea that's pretty cool!
