Nope, i usually dont play at night :P Its ok, i just want to decypher all the bot error messages so I can know what they mean so i dont have to keep asking in the thread :)

So, I found out that the the problem is definetly not the shared folder. I just wrote a programm to test wether I have acess to the shared folder and wether I can read the account informations. So the problem has definetly something to do with your bot I guess...
I will try to figure it out.

did you update the bot file? you say that he doesn't write the log in in the field ? that happen to people that dont update the bot..

I already asked if you tried to do normal 1-10 games to see if it works well

Yes, the normal leveling process is working well. (Dominion from 1-15)
The only thing thats not working is the AI thingy with the shared folder...

yes he does. But still I CAN connect to the shared folder. I wrote a programm myself to test if the vm can connect to the shared folder:

When I start this programm in the VM it gives back to me the name and the password of my account... So the shared folder is definetely working.

But when i start the bot it just types in a * in the password file.

like i said the problem its with the shared folder, try to do the share in another disk...

you are not the first guy that have that problem .. and not will be the last... how the vmware workstation does the share I dont know.. usually i redo the share folder and its fixed maybe you need to try another drive..

I tried several drives and as I already said:
With my own programm it is working so the shared folder is not the problem...
Wow... I am really helpless...

the magic solution for when the shared folder refuses to work and we see only write the * on pw it's to delete all and redoo all but step by step:

- In the vm remove the shared folder and set to disable. Restart the machine.
- When machine starts with no shared folder set shared folder again.
- Restart machine.
- Try it.
