Go to your GW2 install folder and delete VisualAdvance.ini.

Sometimes everything freezes for no reason while using VA (Both gw2 and windows so i need to restart my pc when it happens)...running both gw2 and VA as admin on win8.1 64bit...what's the problem? No error message or nothing...just everything frozen
