Is it true that the lag is due to the xp rate? Because if it is then wth, is it so easy to fix.

Instead on increasing the monster xp rate by 30x just reduce the required xp for each level by 30x.

Surely it is something else..

So The Server is stille Ofline?

Let's think of it in a reasonable way. If the skills and lvl cap are both updated to 100 then of course the GM is going to be adding Chin Tomb. I don't think he is going to be making us lvl at lvl 87 mobs till 100... It could be taking long because of Chin Tomb and maybe skill test etc.
