It actually has problems, when you are unable to login(wrong pw, can't reach server,...). Would it be able to close that message and try it again automatically for the next version ?

Both are safe if u dont make more than 499 reffs ..
At 500 it says u get ur name on the wall of Fame in riot office.... i guess they will check ur refs when u reach 500....
then i dont know if they will ban u ....
