thats not right.
For those ppl who got the 64 bit gw2.exe the parametere -32 wont work.
U need the 32 bit Client exe.
Those who need this 32bit exe. just contact Buffy.

so does this mean that people with 64 bit wont be able to use midnight anymore?

i downloaded the 32bit exe from arena.net. but it still installs as 64bit! is there a way to force the installation to 32 bit?

Went to log in today, but client was not working. I tried to reinstall and update but noticed that went i go to get the new version, it removes the midnight.exe from the folder and then says windows cannot locate "midnight.exe"....So my questions are whether there was a security patch, and/or whether this was related to that or if it is something from the midnight update installer, where it is erasing the client. NOTE: This happens even from version 1.7.3 to 1.7.4. Please advise...?

gw2 update dropped tonight, just checked, midnight needs an update too =)

Update doesnt work, after start update it fails and deletes my midnight.exe

Glad to know I am not the only one. I was trying to figure out why it deletes midnight.exe automatically. Also, I should mention that while trying to solve it, I deleted the 32-bit client and when trying to get it back from the website, I noticed it is defaulting to the 64-bit. I appended it with -32 to try to force 32 bit but running process explorer shows a 64-bit image. I am not certain if 32-bit is still possible now because of this. Does anyone have the old client (32 bit) still available? I would gladly buy you a hamburger for this =)
