This is more proof what he does, over and over if anyone says anything bad, he bans with no accountability. So what, I called him a dick after he called me a retard. Does that mean paying customer should be banned from getting support?

Should I provide proof of purchase to elitepvpers so they take this serious?

I have been buying products from different providers for over a decade now for all different games and this might not be the absolute worst product but it is the absolute worst customer service experience.

Classic example of he can dish it out but can never take criticism back. If no one believes me, I challenge a mod from elitepvpers to secretly join his discord and watch it for a day. He will delete any negative comments/reviews and then instant mute and ban those people for asking questions.

I will continue this campaign to spread the word until I actually can get some customer service and help with the product I paid for. If that never happens that's totally fine because at least I can prevent some others from experiencing this.

to be fair, you are an asshole, and anytime someone says something you don't like they get banned or muted from the discord.

i informed you your cheat had a problem; you got mad and muted be because you didn't want other people seeing that in the chat. mute me for telling other people that the cheat is having problems because you can't tell them yourself.

i love your cheats and i have yet to be banned yet to be fair, just your support that is lacking.

maybe you ARE fair, since our user base on all our cheats hugely increased, i had to deal with way more people that are completely ignoring instructions & my words, and thats why currently there is new support hired, BUT, i would actually NEVER ban or mute somebody who is respecting us & the work we are doing, like you really had to press me if you got banned from discord, especially if i banned you recently like few days ago

But you did, i have yet to be banned. Im just saying i have seen people be banned and people have dmed me complaining. I’ve been muted a fair bit of times for just complaining about a feature not working or being broken you come out with stupid answers like “update your drivers” or “working fine for me” when other people also complain. I like your menus once again. They are one of the best ive used for public dont get me wrong. You are a shitty person though. Even if you dont need the money, we bought your product, we need support, not to be blamed for being wrong when we aren’t.
