And do you know "better" VPN ? ...

You can create account with Russian VPN and you will have Russian payment but you can't change country of payment with VPN exemple : France payment and u use russian VPN it's not possible.

Many talk about VPN and changing payment country. Has anyone tried a dedicated IP? It costs couple of more euros, at least if you choose TorGuard.
Usually dedicated IP might give you a chance to create and keep the russian payment or whatever country you choose. (Dedicated IP gives you a chance to e.g. watch US. Netflix. Normally Netflix would say that you are using a Proxy whatsoever.)
Along D.IP try a different payment option? Or create an account e.g. Skrill using D.IP & get money there and so on.
