The advertisment event is crap. Scrap it and do another one. Out of all the link's you've posted only 2 or 3 are in english and as you've said, the introduction needs to be in the language of the forum.
Not to mention, only the first player that creates a thread/posts it on the forum wins. This means that this event was all about who was lucky enough to be home and create the advertising thread first.

[01:37:51] (GM Notice): And yes, FGW/Talisman drop rate is pretty low as you shouldn't reach them before SOM.
[01:38:22] (GM Notice): The SOM NPC is located in DW/South gate atm, you can have a look on each item so you will know what is the requirement to have them

I am not playing in the server but as far as I heard from my friends, game is nothing but botting. First, som items are not worth to obtain since sos drop rate is high and the difference is only +1 between som and sos. Considering this, why would people bother to get som items? To make som items useful, I definitely recommend you to make them at least +2 better than sos, even 3. As long as it stay as its, server will be bot2win. I know you are working on delays and increasing the slots but this issue needs to be looked into as soon as possible.
