Skill Spamming with rPE

Hi, Ive been using this program for quite a while now up until this point where as the server im playing changed the packet size to 10. Actually, the main problem is the FILTER does not work anymore and I am thinking that it is due to the change of packet size. How can I fix my filter to be compatible with packet size of 10. I know it's kind of confusing but please bear with it. Ill appreciate any usefull information.

I just got 1 problem:
I made a filter for fire bolt (im playing on a high rate server), and it works flawless up to 25. ( the loop thingy).
When i put it higher, like 65, i can still cast once, but if i cast more often in a short period, i get dc/ed. (disconnect).
Why? If there was an answer on the last ~10 pages, please tell me, I only got to 25, then i got bored, cause there were always the same questions.

can someone tell me the skillID for Fire Bolt. Skill# is 19. I still don't know how to translate skill# to skillID. /sob You're Help are greatly appreciated.

its because.. your sending to much packets to them... that's why you get DC.. the average is like 30... and try to use the filter box for lightning ice, DS, something like that.. and you'll see its progress... /no1

How can i use a delay of some sort?
It doesnt recognize delay(time). Also, i cant use application.processmessages to prevent the freeze effect. Is there another way to use sleep(time) without freeze?

Anybody can explain what this does? for i := 0 to 200 do // the number how often this packet should be send , 0 to 200? What do you mean? Is it a time frame? I can't seem to get WPE to work for my server, I used the double strafe filter, after activating it, when i press "f1"( my double strafe hotkey) and click on a monster, i immediate dc, i only press DS once and yet when i apply skill on a monster, immediate disconnect.
