Sorry to do this publicly, but can you please answer the public ticket? In can provide video evidence and I can transfer from the same wallet adress.
There were more people on the blue marking when I opened the ticket 23 hours ago.
There is no dashboard nor on the official site nor in the email I received more than a year ago.
I live in a communist 3rd world country and that's a load of money here.
