I've been using slates radar for the past ~6 weeks or so. Really great product with a lot of community support. Updates are coming in hot and they're awesome.

Used the radar just to check it out and ended up buying the lifetime pass. It works fantastic and the service for setup and checkout is great

Amazing piece of software and Slate is one of the most responsive sellers Ive ever dealt with. Been using this for over 2 months now and 0 problems. Also made a suggestion and it was implemented, which is amazing, since Slate really does listen to his user base. VOUCH!

Are you able to set this up without having to disable your anti-virus and firewall? Sounds a bit extreme...

You can use Hyper-V but it will only load our low quality maps (Doesn't affect accuracy)
VMWare and Virtualbox are blocked by BE.

Firewalls can block the packets from going from PC to PC. Antivirus have firewalls as well and they are aggressive and sometimes work even when you disable them. So i normally advise to just uninstall them.

The tutorial is there as a basic tutorial for how to make the radar work.

PROS :

1. Works very well. Some issues setting up, but that was because my router had some admin settings set to not allow certain gateways and port types. Slate messaged me fast too once he got online. After logging into router and switching worked as described.
   
2. customer support is helpful and not berating!
   
3. Loot that show up can be filtered and desired loot is saved for easy and quick start game the next time it loads a map.
   
4. radar icon color is customizable so if you are color blind don't fret.
   
5. MOTHER FUCKING MAP MAGNIFICATION ADJUSTABLE!
   
6. If map icon is off can easily change icon location by right clicking and selecting "put me here"
   
7. Comes with HWID

Cons:

1. - It requires a second pc or laptop. For me this was easy as I have a old laptop that is outdated and only works when plugged in in my closet. If dead set on this method I would recommend Craigslist laptop for $100 and offer 75.
