That is completely true, even opening tickets won't work.
I think it's now detected, know a few users getting banned including myself and still no answer pming Aridek or opening tickets.
The only quick thing is resetting your key, but if you have any more troubles you have to wait days for an answer which maybe won't even help you, and you have to wait again a couple of days to keep the conversation.
It's ridicolous, he promises 24/7 support and that's definetely a lie.


PS: Last time I dmed Aridek on discord (since that is the only way to contact him if you have any problem) was on February 3rd, he didn't reply anything btw

He is a scammer just deleted his discord and blocked all users this is unfortunate coming from him I am in trouble for months with the spoofer that does not work and he just does not respond and still excludes his community

never trust anybody no matter how nice he act not matter how many people he have in his discord you still gonna get scammed sooner or later

He didn't really scam though, did he? You paid for lifetime of the software, if the software ends then it's life is over. Unless of course you paid for a specified time period. Could be 1 day could be 1 year, lifetime is not your entire life.
