Same issue here. Tried with both a shared connection and a bridged connection. Shared connection gives me other players, guns etc but no green icon movement. Bridged connection gives me nothing at all. Not sure what else to try really!

i have a problem, i have builded my own vpn but when i'm connected on this i haven't got internet

Using the built in windows vpn, this worked once on my second computer but now it's completely broken (without making changes). IPs are unchanged, gaming PC is a visible client connected to the VPN, game loads fine, but I continue to just get a grey box. I used it once and had the stuck green dot like everyone else but it still worked. Now it will ONLY work when running on the gaming PC.

Anyone have any ideas or thoughts? Since running the game the first time when it worked, there has literally been zero changes.

Not working, at least not with VM. The map will load, but the frame will not update. In other words, the map freezes right when you join the game.
