ItemType.dat (Customize Your Own ItemType File In 3 Steps)

Could i get banned when using this?

This isn't working for me, it says:
"Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\ini\itemtype.dat.bak' is denied"

can anyone help?

any chance you could work on including the armors/rings/etc for the ground-itemview? i mean im loving the weapons and talismans but it just doesnt seem complete :D

Well all the difference im noticing here is that instead of the need to look at a weapons color i simply look, if there, for a Letter... Not really an efficient effect for the eagle-eyed... but nonetheless. useful.

You don't have to set it to just a letter, and not all items can be found by color.

Couple things

#1: Settle down. If you don't like something then simply do not use it. If you were directing this at a member then you'd be infracted but atm you just make yourself sound incredibly rude.

#2: Making an itemtype show +1 or sockets is simply NOT POSSIBLE. Those are only known by the client after you pick up an item so your anger is misplaced and again, makes you sound rather dumb.

Itemtypes and client edits like this have never had an issue with botjail. Be sure not to post screenshots with it though or they could technically get a bit angry with you but I've yet to hear of a single person getting botjailed in my many years here from using something like an itemtype edit.
