Oh yea the server is active if everyone can logg their own full party.
Always been 3 limit but people abused it, now they made that hard and the cheaters leave. Easy

Tell me why its pay to win? I know plenty of people who are high in ranking without a single donate? Sure less people, before people had their own party with 8 chars, now they can logg max 3 chars, so yea you will lose some numbers but at the end you will get more active players back

Merge and opening is not working anymore... You have to bring something new if you want that ppl to join your server. Now pioneer has the same reputation as conflict, eon, electus so on... Just saying...
I personally loved Pioneer but everything became worst day by day, especially the balance and nobody gives a fuck yet to improve it, actually I don't think it will be even possible to balance anymore the races with so so so many "improvements". By improvements I mean 50 extra int/str, glavier dmg and HP and many others....
