ahh, sorry i just realized the problem that some1 mentioned no matter what ms i set in NCT or no delay it hits 200 dmg anyways :S dunno whats the problem.

yes you need to fix this no delay/nct becasue it deals same damage, only no animation but dmg the same cuz u deal no damage next hits
