I Started XAMPP ( Apache & mySQL )
Copied all files to htdocs and did everything like you said it.
Please help, becaus i want to make a Private Server for all my Friends and for all who are intrested in it.

You have skype opened ? can give error if not check te settings on first page and you only need to set the ip to hamach ip or a port forwarded ip you need 3 porst i think 80 1440 and a other or use hamachi then connect to hamchi network and go to hamachiip/do_es

hmm... didnt helped me. I changed the Port correct to my hamachii Ip and the same happens.
I have very very good internet, if you culd help me i would make a server. I have enough persons who would like to play on it, if you want you could be admin too. Ijust need help with that problem.

i use my hamachiip/do_es now and it dont works, i cant connect to my own server on my computer, i changed skype ports too, please help me
