crazy , jd is using bp copyrighted images etc... they well sue jd ! like jagex did with the creator of runescape private server maker

Yes but how can bp take him down?
He is not charging people for money so it is not that severe.
And what about the other thousand remixes? BP did nothing about it and they have copyrighted images.

I find one thing funny....
Why need DO (BP) so many Developer for creating/updating darkorbit
and jD handle it so easy to making the privat server ? :D

jD -> 1:0 <- BP

You cant just decide if you want to be programmer or not , you cant just google things and put in some lines of code.
Its a lot harder :D

Because bigpoint is a big company , they created all the files and the whole game by theirselfs.
They have to keep running everything and often update and fix the game:)

It's so easy to say that when you don't respect copyright,

COPY and RIGHT .. 2 beautiful words ..

It's the same that Garena Server .. You will be busted in a little time.

To all those wondering about copyright, we can only see... I have no clue what bigpoint are going to do, but I can tell you this now.... Until DarkOrbit shuts down, this server will not be made public, and will be open under invite/request only.
